I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. Literally everybody who walked past me said hello which was very refreshing considering it's a dealership. Even the assitant GM Said hello when I walked past him and I was quite impressed with that.. it's a comfortable place to do business and I will buy my needs from here.
I brought my truck in for DPF filter cleaning and to have broken metal water line. The service couldnt even get that right. The filter was done OK but water line she wrote up as check clamps. It would be nice if she would listen to the customer and nit go off on her own. When I found out they didn't fix it she said they couldn't do it. So now I get to 2 months with it broken and hope it doesn't Crack or wear through.
Been here for 2 days came with active fault codes they have to do there own but never gave me or partner back the lives paperwork next I believe that they have color issues I was told paperwork would be done a hour and a half ago but yet I’m still waiting everyone else is gone I was never rude but can’t say that about the last customer service specialist nice restroom nice drivers lounge nice could use update and better chairs I’ve missed loads today because of people not being professional and keeping driver updated and don’t go to the hotel”quality inn” beds are too hard so as a result no sleep
Last month took truck in for pipe and hoses.( From radiator) Also chk for apu leak. The pipe/ hoses work look good but didn't top off coolant. Had to order parts for APU. Couldn't let trk sit for 2 weeks, so picked up trk. After inspection they left alot of pieces laying around. Had to wait a hour and a half til it was put back together. They hit us with a good size bill. I tried to talk to service manager Johnathan Marcenari no call back.(News flash)Well later got in contact w Johnathan and they made things right.
Parts open till 10 I love it it!! I can drop off my rig at 9:30. And get an answer in 24 to 48hrs not bad
Management is very attentive and great full for the business. Appreciates the customers in a genuine way. Also, Mark Lopez, one of the nicest guy I have met, is a professional and courteous
Worst dealership ever! They broke my window and then didn’t have part to fix what they broke. The pulled out window fell down again, and I can't get it back up then they said after they broke it that i brought it in like that! NO!
So far the worst experience ever . Took my truck in for an airbag issue and several inspections . Within an hour of pulling my truck into the shop they told me they had already exhausted 4 hours of troubleshooting ( maybe they used 4 people …
